Our mission is to create and promote student success by offering quality educational programs, delivered by caring professionals, at a time and place of the
student's choosing.

Learning Philosophy
The on-line distance learning environment can be a good situation for learning because it is an atmosphere where the students do the analyzing--they read,
research, discuss and exchange information and ideas. They learn at their own pace in an environment they can control.

The learning emerges from "doing" rather than just "listening" to a teacher. Quality learning can emerge when students begin to teach each other and the
instructor is there to support the students and be more of a "facilitator" who guides, sets the pace, re-directs when necessary, and provides input and feedback
to the student.

Clintondale Virtual High School Staff
The instructors who teach the courses through the Virtual High School are state-of-Michigan certified, as well as subject area certified. They are excited about
being part of this new technology and are committed to providing an excellent on-line learning environment for students.
