Eligibility:
Admission is open to the following people:
A. Students
who wish to obtain a high school diploma from CVHS,
or take a class from CVHS and graduate from their home
high school.
B. Students
who are home-schooled.
C. People
who wish to take courses for personal knowledge or life
enrichment.
Please review
the section that is pertinent to your situation:
A.
Students who wish to obtain a high school diploma from
CVHS, or take classes from CVHS and graduate from their
home high school
1. Meet with
your home high school counselor (or your previous school's
counselor) to determine which classes you need to take.
2. Complete course registration information.
3. For students requesting to graduate from CVHS, have
your transcript forwarded to CVHS.
4. Signatures required on the application include:
• Counselors signature certifying CVHS credit
will be accepted (if applicable)
• Student acceptance of the policies statement
• Student certification that information is true
• Parental approval (if student is under 18 years
of age)
B. To enroll as a home
schooled student:
Home schooled
students may enroll to takes classes at CVHS for credit
toward a diploma from CVHS or for personal enrichment.
Submit the application using
these guidelines.
1. Complete
the registration portion of the application if you know
which classes you desire to take. If not, indicate in
that section that you would like a counselor to contact
you.
2. Signatures required on the application include:
• Student acceptance of the policies statement
• Student certification that information is true
• Parental approval (if student is under 18 years
of age)
C. Personal Enrichment:
People may
enroll in classes to expand, review or enhance their
field of knowledge. Must be 18 years of age or older.
Submit the
application using these guidelines.
