Simplify square roots.
Add, subtract, multiply, and divide expressions with radicals.
Solve quadratic equations by factoring
Solve equations using square roots.
Solve quadratic equations by completing the square.

Use the quadratic formula to solve quadratic equations.
Use quadratic equations to solve word problems.
Graph functions, particularly quadratic equations.
Describe the characteristics of a quadratic equation.
